Seasonal Yoga is a fusion of Yoga and Tai Chi, combined with lifestyle tips for every season. We will be moving appropriately to each season; finding balance for our body, mind and spirit. Working through all 8 limbs of Yoga, Yoga philosophy and Chi Gung, finding what is right for your very individual needs.

Expect to move, breathe and relax. Learn about the different seasons and their connected organs. Breathing techniques, Meditation, Chi Gung with lifestyle tips for each season.

Hello lovely people, tonights class will be moved up to 6. As I have course till 5(ish) and then it gives me time to prepare. The plan is the have a more restorative practice than usual so bring a blanket/(eye) pillow along and we’ll finish off with a yoga nidra. See you tonight x
