Dear all,

It’s been over a year since I sent out my last feedback form. The year had been full of changes and challenges, ups and downs. I feel very different about teaching now then I did then. I’ve learned so much and have become more aware of how little I know. So much left to learn! I believe my classes have changed in style, the way I teach and what I teach. I would love to hear your side of our shared experiences so I can keep growing and learning.

Summer Yin Class

Need some Yin in your life? Or wanting to know what to expect when joining a yin class with me? Here is a summer yin class for you to enjoy. Get as much support as you would like, I’d advice a bolster or rolled up blanket, maybe a small cushion and belt or strap. Working with the heart and small intestine meridian lines, we’re working the shoulders, arms, wrists and working with spine and hips. Any Questions feel free to send me a message. Love, Hannah

Early summer flow

Enjoy this 1hour flow class, twist, open and close, balance and tangle but most of all listen to your body and rest when needed. Early Summer the season for connection from 21 may till 20th june it is a short season, the preparation to summer. The organs connected are the pericardium(heart protector) and triple heater. Time to start moving the body working on our internal heat, time to laugh and enjoy life. But don’t over do it, listen to your body, rest when you need it. Self care without isolation, make connections and open your heat appropriately . Drink plenty and eat fresh seasonal foods, like lettuce, radish and fresh herbs.
